Below you will find all the feedback we have received from any showings that have taken place with your home. We strive to obtain as much information as possible from the showing agents. At times some agents are very difficult to contact and in some instances simply refuse to give feedback. We attempt to contact each agent that shows your home a minimum of 3 times. When we are able to contact them we will ask specific questions to determine if there is any interest in that buyer to make an offer on your home. If they do not have any interest we attempt to determine what it is about your home that would make them decide to purchase a different home. It is through this method that we can work with you, the seller, to determine what changes, if any, we need to make to accomplish your goals.
